Picasa2HTML is a free online web tool, which allows you to export whole Picasa album into HTML and embed it into your blog (blogger, livejournal, wordpress etc.) in 3 easy steps.
Google is the power tool!!! Oddly enough I made the same tool :) Back in a summer of 2007 I looked at Google search and could not find anything that will take my Picasa to BB-code, so made it myself (http://cmp.315design.com/tools/picasa/). Another proof that great mind think alike! Cheers!

а не думал о подобном сервисе для flickr'а? там тоже api есть, и вроде в инете не видела... (сервис, который из html-кода делает bb-код, не в счет)
